




Job Summary: We are seeking administrative staff for document management, telephone support, data support, and calendar organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data entry and maintenance support We are seeking administrative staff with a disability certificate of 33% or higher for a position in Chiva. Main duties will include archiving and managing both physical and digital documents, as well as telephone support and email handling. Support in data entry and maintenance within the computer system, and basic invoice, delivery note, or purchase order management will also be required. Calendar organization and other general administrative tasks inherent to the role will form part of daily responsibilities. Proficiency in office software at user level (Word, Excel, email) is required, along with a Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification in Administration or equivalent. Prior experience of at least 12 months in administrative roles is preferred. This is a temporary full-time contract for one year. A personal vehicle is required for commuting.
