The main responsibilities will be invoice preparation and tender management. Additionally, the role involves providing support to the finance department, including payroll processing and passport management. For this position, a disability certificate of at least 33% is required. A high school diploma or a Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification in the administrative field is necessary. Prior experience of at least six months in invoicing, tenders, and similar administrative functions will be valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and a valid driver’s license will be considered a plus. The contract will be temporary, covering a long-term IT substitution, with a part-time workload of 30 hours per week. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.\ The gross monthly salary will be 1\.300 euros, paid in 12 installments. The workplace is located in Cuatro Vientos, Madrid.
