The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties: * Receiving and sending documentation related to professional certification programs and/or training programs delivered at the center. * Updating course schedules in our proprietary CRM system; daily attendance tracking; managing incidents, materials, and excursions. * Communicating with the Employment Training Management Department. * Monitoring, communicating with, and supporting students and teaching staff. * Handling administrative and academic procedures related to Employment Training. **We Offer:** * Start Date: Immediate. * Working Hours: Full-time. * Contract Type: Contract for Professional Practice Acquisition. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 12:00–21:00; Friday, 13:00–21:00 (including one hour for lunch). **Requirements:** --------------- * Higher Vocational Training Cycle qualification in Administration and Finance and/or Executive Assistance, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Sciences, or Public Administration and Management (completed within the last three years). * A dynamic, solution-oriented individual eager to learn. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Advanced digital competence. * Catalan language proficiency is desirable.
