**Company** Telecommuting **Location** Sevilla Office **Contract** Permanent ### **Job Description** Claims Analyst who will maintain constant communication with the teams responsible for handling claims and ICTI to ensure rapid and efficient resolution of incidents ### **Your Responsibilities Will Include** * Supporting the management of the Claims module in Salesforce (B2B) * Monitoring Management Indicators (KPIs): + Definition and Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce. + Data Analysis: Interpret KPI data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions. * Incident Management: + Coordination: Maintain constant communication with the teams responsible for handling claims and ICTI to ensure rapid and efficient incident resolution. + Documentation and Tracking: Record and track all incidents to ensure timely resolution and implementation of preventive measures. * Project Participation: + Problem and Capability Definition: Collaborate in identifying problems and defining required capabilities to improve claims management efficiency. + Economic Analysis: Assess Salesforce investments through analysis of KPIs, costs, profitability rates, and returns to ensure investment profitability. * Prioritization and Continuous Improvement: + Needs Prioritization: Identify and prioritize improvement needs based on KPIs and align them with the unit’s strategic objectives. + Consensus Building: Work jointly with ICT and claims managers to reach agreed-upon solutions and commitments that enhance Salesforce efficiency and effectiveness. ### **Requirements** * Salesforce Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of the platform, including configuration, customization, and user administration. * Automation and Workflow Management: Ability to create and manage automated processes and workflows within Salesforce. * Security and Data Management: Understanding of best practices for security and data management to protect sensitive information. * Power BI Knowledge * Advanced Excel Knowledge * Extensive Rosetta Knowledge * Dashboard Creation Knowledge * Problem-solving skills, communication skills, management skills, adaptability, and continuous learning ### **What We Offer You** * Join a well-established business group with national and international presence. * Permanent contract. * 100% remote work mode. * Possibility of assignment to offices in Sevilla, Barcelona, or Madrid. * Excellent working environment.
