Key responsibilities of the **Deputy Store Supervisor**, alongside the Store Leader, include: COMMERCIAL: * Co\-create and implement actions outlined in the store’s Roadmap, supporting the team in execution. * Ensure consistent application of sales policies across stores, aligned with Kiabi’s Vision. * Guarantee and optimize Kiabi’s fashion image in-store. * Train, motivate, and communicate with the team on merchandising basics and visual identity updates, gathering and preparing necessary information. * Analyze the impact of implemented Visual Merchandising actions in-store, proposing cross\-functional action plans to improve KPIs and business profitability. * Enhance the cross\-channel WOW shopping experience. MANAGEMENT: * Jointly analyze store performance results with the Store Leader to propose proactive/reactive measures and actions. * Ensure safety measures, rules, and procedures defined under the Risk Prevention Plan and those established by the company, promoting health and well-being at work. * Conduct equitable store openings and closings with other permanent staff, within the framework defined by the company and adherence to procedures (schedules, staffing, cash handling, delivery truck reception, security of people and assets, etc.).
