We seek a professional experienced in the **end-to-end management of developments**, capable of coordinating all stakeholders and ensuring compliance with objectives related to **costs, timelines, and quality**. The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating architects, engineers, interior designers, consultants, and other parties involved across all phases of each development. ### **?️ What Will Be Your Mission?** Daily management of one or several developments, coordinating all involved parties and ensuring compliance with the **cost, timeline, and quality** program. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop the **overall plan for each development**. * Coordinate architects, engineers, interior designers, and consultants. * Monitor project scheduling, permits, contracting, and construction execution. * Prepare follow-up meetings and draft minutes. * Manage incidents, bottlenecks, and potential deviations. * Supervise project modifications. * Control administrative milestones and the **target budget**. * Prepare periodic reports for the Technical Director. * Coordinate the handover and delivery phase of properties. * Act as liaison between management, technical office, designers, and marketing teams. * Continuously monitor development progress. ### **Requirements** * Degree in **Architecture, Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Highway Engineering**. * Professional experience of **8\-10 years** recommended. * Experience working at a real estate developer, project management firm, construction company, or architectural studio. * Experience managing **full-scale developments exceeding €2M**. * Experience coordinating teams and various project stakeholders. * Knowledge of integrated development management, project phases, permitting, and urban planning regulations. * Experience in planning, cost control, contracting, and change management. * Knowledge of technical direction and property handover/delivery processes. * Master’s degree in **Project Management**, highly valued. ### **? Computer Skills** * **Advanced Excel** * Microsoft Project * AutoCAD * Presto * Revit (familiarity) * Cype or similar * Microsoft Teams * Autodesk Construction Cloud ### **?
