Grifols Laboratories, S.A., a company specializing in research and development of hospital products—including parenteral solutions, enteral and parenteral nutrition diets, and specific blood bank products—requires a First Dosage Operator for its Production Department. **Your Responsibilities** * Operate machinery according to your assigned position on the production line. * Manage materials required for the process, including replenishment and reporting shortages to your supervisor. * Complete production guidelines, review recorded information, and submit them to your supervisor at the end of your shift. * Perform sampling for quality control and alert the relevant team in case of any incidents. * Monitor productivity, record data using established methods, and submit it at the end of your shift. * Notify maintenance in case of machinery failures affecting production or product quality. * Ensure correct execution of each activity on the line per defined procedures. * Report the status of the line and any relevant incidents to your supervisor and the next shift team. * Complete line log\-books and review machine operating parameters. * Participate in format and batch changes together with the rest of the team, following established guidelines. **Who You Are** To perform this role successfully, a candidate must be able to satisfactorily carry out the responsibilities listed. A CFGM/CFGS in Chemistry or a related field is preferred. * You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical production or a similar field. * You demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm for your work, possess strong learning ability, an open attitude toward change, and a collaborative spirit. **What We Offer** * Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). * Employment contract: Permanent.
