Our participation in major global aerospace programs stands out, including the **A400M, A330MRTT, A350XWB, A320, Beluga, and C295, among others**. **Job Responsibilities** -------------------------------- For this vacancy, we seek a Tooling Engineer—a professional specialized in the evaluation, design, development, and manufacturing of tooling used in producing parts and components. Such tooling may include assembly, transport, lifting, or component manufacturing fixtures—for example, autoclave curing tools. Tooling engineers work with a wide variety of materials, though metals (steel and aluminum) and composites are most common; however, plastic-based tooling has advanced significantly in recent years due to 3D printing. They use computer-aided design (CAD) tools—particularly Catia V5 and SolidWorks—as well as specialized simulation and calculation software to create models and prototypes prior to serial manufacturing. Tooling engineers operate across multiple sectors, including automotive, aerospace, food processing, and many others. Their work is essential to ensuring quality and efficiency in mass production of parts and components, helping reduce costs and increase productivity within companies. The responsibilities you will undertake include: * Commissioning of industrial equipment and workshop support. * Creation of tooling technical specifications and preliminary designs (Catia V5\). * Tooling design and management. * Tooling modifications and documentation updates. * Work within the Airbus environment. * Documentation management. * Purchase order management (Click \& Buy). * Ergonomic analysis. **Job Requirements** ------------------------- The required qualification for this position is a degree in Aerospace Engineering, although equivalent degrees will also be considered. Candidates must possess knowledge of Catia V5, SAP, and the Office suite (intermediate/advanced level).
