We expect everyone who joins us to exemplify these behaviors. **Your Role:** Your mission will be to develop and update the maintenance programs for aircraft operated by Iberia, with special attention to the effectiveness of each task, seeking potential optimizations through internal reliability studies and joint studies with manufacturers—ensuring that, when defining various task groupings for each maintenance check, maximum utilization is achieved during scheduled maintenance stops while maintaining flight operations. Primary KPI: Number of tasks optimized relative to the manufacturer’s MPD to minimize costs and increase fleet availability, while maintaining at all times both aircraft safety/airworthiness and reliability. **Your Objectives:** + For new aircraft, define the maintenance program based on source publications issued by the aircraft type certificate holder. + Load the maintenance program into the system so that effective scheduling of those maintenance tasks can be launched. + Update maintenance programs based on source publications issued by the aircraft type certificate holder, and load them into the system. + Optimize Maintenance Programs by preparing reports based on reliability studies and risk analyses to justify to Authorities the approval of task interval extensions, enabling reduced maintenance costs and increased availability of Iberia’s fleet aircraft. + Manage requests for extension of task intervals in the maintenance program. + Collaborate with the aircraft manufacturer on various improvement proposals / projects related to maintenance task optimization. + Identify different types of defects encountered during execution of each task included in the Maintenance Programs, evaluating their impact and corrective actions taken, to seek improvements / solutions preventing or avoiding recurrence in future executions of such tasks. + Update maintenance programs to include a newly added aircraft in the CAMO fleet. + Analyze the effectiveness of the maintenance program. + Review requests for temporary extensions of task intervals in the maintenance program and submit / manage them with AESA where applicable. + Define the composition of various line checks and major maintenance checks in the maintenance program, in collaboration with the Maintenance Planning Department and the Reference Maintenance Center where applicable. + Manage Authority approvals for different revisions of maintenance programs. + Manage / resolve Non-Conformities arising from the development and control of the maintenance program. **Education:** + Technical degree at Aeronautical Engineering level + Advanced English (B2) or TOEIC 785 + Expert Excel user Additional knowledge considered valuable: + Power BI + Prior knowledge of maintenance programs or maintenance task planning + AMOS + Other languages **Experience** 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, airworthiness maintenance management, or conformity control. **Job Competencies:** Initiative / Proactivity Assertiveness Change Orientation Interpersonal Communication Skills Teamwork Capability **Talent at Iberia:** We value our professionals as role models for customers—and also within their teams.
