We expect all new members to exemplify these values. **Your role at Iberia:** Your mission will be to ensure that aircraft returns, acceptances, and transitions occur on the scheduled dates, minimizing the cost of aircraft return for Iberia, while also ensuring that accepted aircraft are ready to begin operations on the date required by the schedule. **Your challenges:** **Strategic Project Planning:** * Effectively define and manage timelines and schedules for aircraft return/acceptance projects, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and optimal use of resources. **Comprehensive Process Management:** * Act as project leader in coordinating aircraft acceptance, return, and transfer processes, guaranteeing smooth and uninterrupted transitions among all involved parties. **Document Management and Discrepancy Resolution:** * Carry out and coordinate the preparation, submission, and management of necessary documentation for proper aircraft return, ensuring all procedures comply with required standards. * Carry out and coordinate the audit of necessary documentation for proper aircraft acceptance, ensuring all procedures comply with required standards. * Supervise the process of identifying, tracking, and correcting any discrepancies arising during document management, ensuring timely resolution. * Lead negotiations with the lessor to resolve any discrepancies or agreements regarding the physical condition and requirements of the aircraft, always seeking mutually favorable solutions. **Procedures with AESA:** * Manage necessary procedures with AESA (Spanish Aviation Safety Agency) to ensure correct and efficient aircraft return/acceptance, complying with established deadlines. **Your qualifications:** * Education: University degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar, or Aeronautical Manager * Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience * English at an advanced level B2 or 850 TOEIC.
