Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Assistant for technical services, responsible for preparing, transporting, setting up, and dismantling equipment for various events. Key Highlights: 1. Focus Group is looking for a Technical Assistant for the company’s technical services division. The role involves preparing, transporting, setting up, and dismantling various equipment (tents, chairs, tables, etc.) for any type of event organized by the company (institutional events, corporate events, festivals, etc.) • Proper preparation, loading, and stowing of materials onto vehicles. • Performing operational transport tasks using company vehicles. • Setup and teardown tasks (stages, platforms, etc.), and placement/removal of furniture for events (tents, chairs, tables, etc.). • Inspection of materials before and after setups. • Basic maintenance and care of equipment. • Performing auxiliary maintenance and space/material adaptation tasks (varnishing, painting, etc.). • Operational support and management of orders related to the organization of activities within the technical services division. * Minimum 6 months’ experience required. Requirements: • Valid Class B driving license (mandatory). • Availability and flexibility regarding working hours (mandatory). • Adequate physical condition for safe and sustained manual handling of loads. • Proficiency in using hand tools. • Responsible, punctual individual with strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team, adapt to dynamic environments, and demonstrate a proactive attitude. • Immediate availability. * Competencies / Knowledge (preferred): • Experience driving vans or small trucks. • Forklift operator certification. • Occupational health and safety training. • Prior experience in similar roles (logistics or technical fields). • Basic knowledge of technical equipment (lighting, sound, stage design). • Experience in event logistics, theatrical productions, or warehouse management. * Driving License: b * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: We offer: • Workplace located in Barcelona (Montsolís industrial park), with constant mobility between warehouse and setup locations. • Full-time schedule (irregular distribution, depending on service requirements). • Temporary contract due to production circumstances (6 months, May \- October) with potential for extension. • Remuneration: Guaranteed minimum fixed salary \+ variable component based on services performed.
