If you enjoy continuous learning and specialization without worrying about the uncertainty of your career horizon, this is the right place for you. **Responsibilities:** -------------- * Management and tracking of customer incidents. * Telephone and email support. * Monitoring and tracking of services and interconnections. * Escalation and coordination of incidents with internal teams. * Execution of operational procedures. * Basic analysis of errors and incidents. * Updating documentation and procedures. * Participation in continuous improvement and automation tasks. **Minimum Educational Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Vocational training (Intermediate Level), BUP, or equivalent; preferably Higher Vocational Training in Computer Science or a related technical field. **Requirements:** --------------- * Two years of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge: + Experience with Spring Boot. + General knowledge of Linux systems at an advanced user level. + Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking. + Ability to interpret logs and error messages. + Proficiency with ticketing and monitoring tools. * Personal attributes: + We seek a technology-oriented individual with a strong drive for technical growth, customer focus, analytical ability, initiative, autonomy, continuous learning, organizational skills, capacity to manage priorities, teamwork capability, effective communication skills, and potential to progress into second-level system operations roles. Additionally, availability to occasionally work afternoon shifts when service needs require it. **Requirements:** --------------- * Experience in enterprise Linux environments. * Scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, or Python). * Knowledge of communication protocols (FTP, SFTP, AS2, OFTP, HTTP, HTTPS). * Experience in service monitoring. * Basic database knowledge and SQL query skills. * Familiarity with cloud and virtualization environments. * English and/or French language skills are desirable. **What do we offer?** ---------------------- * Hybrid work model (3 days remote, 2 days on-site), starting after completion of the initial training and adaptation period, which will be 100% on-site until then. * Intensive working hours during July and August. * Job stability and a challenging project. * Workplace location: Madrid. * Continuous training. * Well-being Area: physiotherapy and therapeutic exercise.
