**Responsibilities:**

* Management and tracking of customer incidents.
* Telephone and email support.
* Monitoring and tracking of services and interconnections.
* Escalation and coordination of incidents with internal teams.
* Execution of operational procedures.
* Basic analysis of errors and incidents.
* Updating documentation and procedures.
* Participation in continuous improvement and automation tasks.
**Minimum Educational Requirements:**

* Vocational training (Intermediate Level), BUP, or equivalent; preferably Higher Vocational Training in Computer Science or a related technical field.
**Requirements:**

* Two years of experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge:
+ Experience with Spring Boot.
+ General knowledge of Linux systems at an advanced user level.
+ Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
+ Ability to interpret logs and error messages.
+ Proficiency with ticketing and monitoring tools.
* Personal attributes:

**Requirements:**

* Experience in enterprise Linux environments.
* Scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
* Knowledge of communication protocols (FTP, SFTP, AS2, OFTP, HTTP, HTTPS).
* Experience in service monitoring.
* Basic database knowledge and SQL query skills.
* Familiarity with cloud and virtualization environments.
* English and/or French language skills are desirable.
