Description
Main responsibilities
* Receive and organize documentation from students, schools, and host families abroad.
* Handle calls, emails, and inquiries related to study-abroad programs.
* Inform students and parents about procedures, requirements, and services associated with their stay.
* Process and monitor academic and administrative files.
* Coordinate with schools, host families, teachers, and translators.
* Manage additional services: medical insurance, flights, transportation, academic credit recognition, etc.
* Collaborate with other departments (accounting, academic coordination, administration) to facilitate billing and support during periods of high workload.
Candidate profile
* Degree in administration, management, or related field (experience in the education sector or international programs is desirable).
* Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
* Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact fluently with families, students, and service providers.
* Initiative and flexibility to adapt to unexpected situations and workload peaks.
* Prior experience in travel management, education, or project coordination is desirable.
Salary: €16.000,00\-€21.000,00 per year
