In this state, the busy mind quiets, and deeper layers of awareness open up. **Why itâs special:** đ§ **Deeper access to the subconscious:** Thoughts, emotions, and memories usually hidden can surface more easily. đ **Emotional release & healing:** Because the logical mind quiets, suppressed emotions or traumas can emerge and integrate. đ¨ **Heightened creativity & intuition:** Many people report insights, visions, or creative downloads. đ **State of deep relaxation:** The body can release tension, and the nervous system shifts toward parasympathetic (rest & digest). đ **Reprogramming limiting beliefs:** Since theta is the âlanguageâ of the subconscious, affirmations, visualization, or intention-setting can be more effective here. *** ### đ **Session Breakdown** đĽ **ACTIVATION** â We begin with a **central breathing exercise** (which varies each time). Depending on the session, we may explore: * **Energizing techniques** (e.g., hyperventilation-based methods) * **Vagus nerve activation** for deep nervous system regulation * **Pelvic floor** focused breathing * **Gentle, peaceful breathing** for relaxation & clarity * etc... sessions have a different focus each week *Some experience this phase as **psychedelic**, others as **grounding or cathartic or relaxing.** It depends on the participant and on the type of breathwork we practice.* đż **GROUNDING** â After activation, we ease into a **gentle meditation** drawing from techniques like **Yoga Nidra & Vipassana body scans.** đ¨ **RELEASE** â The facilitator will guide you through **affirmations or a meditation**, helping you let go of **stress, anxiety, and emotional baggage**, leaving you feeling **peaceful & restored.** đŹ **INTEGRATION** â We close in a **sharing circle**, where you can **reflect, connect, and integrate** your experience with the group.
