

Are you aware of how you breathe? We all know how to breathe because we do it constantly, but breathing is a natural response of our body and our emotions—and we don’t always breathe properly. That’s why sometimes we feel it as fragmented, shallow, or short, while at other times it feels deep, slow, and continuous. In this session, we’ll learn four different breathing techniques that will evoke various sensations, and you’ll learn to recognize which breathing style best suits you at any given moment in life.
