Proactive approach to enhance customer engagement with our solutions. **About the Role** As a **Technical Consultant**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and technical guidance. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions that meet evolving requirements. Key responsibilities: Customer Support: * Triage and resolve incoming requests, escalating bugs to the development team. * Provide remote support on weekends as scheduled. Solution Delivery: * Deliver minor changes requested by live customers. Technical Account Management: * Proactive approach to live customers to follow-up on system performance, future plans for upgrade and in general enhance customer engagement with our solutions. **Technical Skills Required:** * Containers & Orchestration: Familiarity with Docker Swarm and Kubernetes. * Elastic Stack: Experience in querying, implementation and management. * Web Services: Knowledge of RESTful APIs and SOAP. * System Administration: Proficiency in Linux/Windows system monitoring and automation. * Development & Scripting: * PowerShell scripting skills. * Basic C# knowledge. **Soft Skills & Attributes:** * Problem-solving and innovation. * Self-motivation and adaptability to new technologies. * Previous experience in technical support and/or financial services is desirable Type of position: Full-time, Permanent contract Application questions: * Are you a resident and do you have permission to work in Spain (or the Eurozone)?
