Our Madrid office supports enterprise clients by delivering advanced IT infrastructure services, system performance solutions, and operational support for modern business environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure * Monitor system performance, security, and backup processes * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and infrastructure\-related issues * Support system upgrades, maintenance activities, and technical documentation * Collaborate with IT teams to improve system reliability and efficiency * Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards **Candidate Requirements** * Previous experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role * Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux environments, and virtualization technologies * Familiarity with networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity practices * Experience with monitoring and backup tools * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Professional level of English required; Spanish is an advantage * Relevant IT certifications are considered beneficial **What We Offer** * Competitive annual salary * Full\-time permanent position * Professional development and certification support * International and collaborative work environment * Modern office location in Madrid Sueldo: 2\.800,00€\-3\.800,00€ al mes Ubicación del trabajo: Empleo presencial
