The company undertakes projects for both public and private clients, delivering comprehensive solutions spanning from the study phase through to project execution, always with a strong commitment to quality, innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. Owing to its growth and increasing number of projects, the company wishes to strengthen its **Studies Department**, incorporating a technical profile to participate in tender preparation, proposal drafting, and economic studies for both **building construction and civil works projects**. What will be your mission? You will join the Studies Department and be responsible for the technical and economic analysis of building construction and civil works projects, supporting the preparation of bids for public and private tenders, and contributing to the acquisition of new projects for the company. Main Responsibilities * Review and analysis of public and private tenders. * Drafting of technical-economic proposals. * Quantities surveying and budgeting using **Presto**. * Interpretation and review of drawings using **AutoCAD**. * Analysis of project documentation, technical specifications, and tender documents. * Requesting, comparing, and negotiating quotations with suppliers and subcontractors. * Preparation and review of administrative documentation associated with contests and tenders. * Cost and economic viability analysis of building construction and civil works projects. * Coordination with Production, Technical Office, and Management during proposal preparation. Requirements * Degree in **Technical Architecture**, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience as a Studies Technician in a construction company. * Experience preparing public and private tenders for building construction, civil works, or both. * Proficiency in **Presto** and **AutoCAD**. * English language skills sufficient to interpret technical documentation and maintain professional communication. * Organized, analytical individual capable of working under tight deadlines. Especially Valued * Experience in construction companies undertaking building construction and/or civil works projects. * Knowledge of public procurement regulations. * Ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously. * Planning skills and results orientation.
