Ilerwork is looking for a Site Supervisor (Building Construction and Civil Engineering) for construction projects in Murcia, requiring leadership ability and technical vision for building and civil engineering projects. **Position Mission:** Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be fully responsible for the on-site material execution of the construction project, ensuring adherence to deadlines, technical quality, and coordination of personnel and subcontractors. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Material Execution:** Supervise and direct the technical execution of work units (earthworks, structures, finishes, urbanization, etc.). * **Personnel Management:** Organize and supervise in-house work crews and subcontractor operatives, assigning daily tasks and resolving incidents. * **Operational Planning:** Collaborate with the Site Manager on weekly planning and requisition of required materials and machinery. * **Quality and Safety Control:** Ensure strict compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Plan and verify that all work meets the project's quality standards. * **Setting-Out Works:** Carry out and supervise necessary setting-out activities to support project progress. Requirements * **Experience:** Minimum 5\-7 years as a Site Supervisor, with experience in both **Building Construction** and **Civil Engineering** projects. * **Skills:** Leadership capability, team management skills, and strong problem-solving ability. * **Education:** Solid technical knowledge (reading drawings, quantity surveying). Technical vocational training or sector-specific courses will be valued. * **Safety:** Mandatory occupational health and safety training (20-hour or 60-hour course for site managers/supervisors). * **Residence:** Must reside in Murcia or its surrounding areas.
