Key tasks include: * Ensure the project process from requirements definition through to industrialization and product launch, following company procedures. * Execute the company’s project management processes, aligned with SEB Group guidelines. * Manage various defined product development or improvement projects outlined in the company’s product plan. * Properly define requirements and engage relevant stakeholders. * Deliver products according to cost, quality, and schedule. * Collaborate with mechanical and electronic development departments on certification processes for new products and maintenance of existing ones. * Ensure review and validation of requirements for each project as a prerequisite for approval to proceed to the next phase. * Collaborate with different departments across each project phase—from marketing strategy to product commercialization. ### **Requirements** * Industrial Technical Engineering degree (preferably with specialization in Industrial Organization) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management. * Experience in defining project management methodologies, processes, and tools. * Advanced English proficiency. * Experience using Office suite, ERP systems, and project management software.
