Maintenance Operator - Temporal

Our goal is to make life comfortable, safe, and environmentally respectful, with clean water and accessible energy for everyone. **Purpose of the position:** Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, we are seeking a versatile professional for the maintenance department. You will join our three-shift maintenance team to carry out corrective and preventive maintenance across all production areas of the factory. **Experience:** Candidates preferably hold at least 3 years’ experience in electromechanics applied to plastic injection molding machines, peripherals (robots, conveyors, manipulators, etc.), and CNC lathes. Extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical schematics, as well as automation systems, is required. **Education:** Higher Technician in Industrial Mechatronics, or Higher Technician in Industrial Automation and Robotics, or Higher Technician in Electrotechnical and Automated Systems. **Competencies:** Organized individual with strong teamwork skills. Aptitude for fault analysis and resolution of complex problems. Interest in and proactivity toward continuous improvement. Valuable additional qualifications include occupational health and safety training, forklift operator license, and English language proficiency.
