We seek motivated individuals with energy and enthusiasm to bring something unique to our guests’ experience. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Collaborating in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across various hotel facilities. * Supporting minor repairs in areas such as electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, ensuring functionality of equipment and systems. * Conducting periodic inspections of the general condition of guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces, identifying and reporting potential defects. * Responding promptly and efficiently to incidents and requests reported by other departments, prioritizing customer satisfaction. * Ensuring strict compliance with all applicable occupational health and safety procedures, maintaining a safe working environment. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper organization of work areas, tools, and equipment under your responsibility. * Participating in the supervision and basic maintenance of the swimming pool and its associated equipment. * Assisting the maintenance team with specific projects and tasks as required. * Contributing to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in hotels and sanitary management (legionella, pest control, air conditioning). * Knowledge in electricity, swimming pools, carpentry. * Flexible availability. * Proactive attitude and eagerness to add value to your work. * Legionella certification
