Job Summary: We are seeking a data analyst to develop models, reports, and interactive dashboards, identify trends, and collaborate on data-driven solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Data analysis, modeling, and reporting for decision-making. 2. Use of Excel, SQL, and Power BI for information exploitation. 3. Development and optimization of interactive dashboards. Responsibilities: * Analyze data using tables, charts, and analytical models. * Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI for information exploitation. * Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards. * Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports (reporting) for decision-making. * Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in data. * Design business-oriented analytical solutions. * Automate reporting and data processing procedures. * Collaborate with various teams to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Architecture, or related fields. * A Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related disciplines is desirable. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis, development of analytical models, and report generation. * Experience in the real estate sector or similar business environments (e.g., real estate, construction, asset management) is desirable.
