For more information: **http://www.syncons.eu** We are looking for a **Procurement Engineer** with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to support the technical and procurement operations of our international construction projects in EU countries. **Job Summary:** * Supervise daily site activities related to infrastructure and reinforced concrete works. * Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and equipment on site. * Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Monitor productivity and construction progress. * Report daily site activities and issues to project management. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures. * Assist in planning and organizing site operations. **Requirements** * Minimum 10–15 years of proven experience in infrastructure and reinforced concrete construction works. * Previous experience as a Foreman, General Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Team Leader on construction projects. * Strong practical knowledge of excavation, foundations, concrete structures, formwork, reinforcement, and related civil works. * Ability to read and understand construction drawings. * Experience managing site labor teams and subcontractors. * Good organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and solve on\-site problems * Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are considered an asset. * **Holding a valid work permit in Spain** **We are offering:** * Competitive salary * Daily hot meals on\-site at the canteen * Company phone and laptop * LinkedIn Learning access * A collaborative work culture that values your input * A key role in innovative construction projects
