We are looking for an autonomous, responsible, and committed individual with prior industry experience and availability to work stably on the island. Requirements * Proven prior experience as a First-Class Technician in scaffolding and similar structural assembly. * Occupational Risk Prevention Course (60 hours). * Working at Heights Training Course. * Specific Scaffolding Assembly Course (minimum 6–8 hours). * Seriousness, commitment, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Residence in Mallorca or willingness to relocate to the island (no travel outside the island).
