As a Facilities **Manager (m/f/d)** you will be part of the Manufacturing department based in La Rocafor a **permanent** contract. **Mission** * Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all building and facility services * Oversee technical infrastructure, including electrical systems and utilities * Manage external service providers and ensure high\-quality service delivery * Ensure compliance with health, safety \& environmental (HSE) regulations and internal standards * Support energy management, sustainability initiatives, and site efficiency improvements * Coordinate maintenance planning, repairs, and technical improvement projects * Act as the key contact for internal stakeholders on all facility and HSE\-related topics **Profile** * Technical degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field * Several years of experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, or HSE\-related roles * Strong knowledge of building systems, technical infrastructure, and maintenance processes * Solid understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements * Experience in managing external service providers and technical contractors * Structured, hands\-on, and solution\-oriented working approach * Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders * Fluent in Spanish \& English (German and/or French is an advantage) **What we offer?** * Personalized onboarding experience program designed to make your first days smooth * Opportunities to learn and grow through Hager Group's awarded Hi University. * Internal career opportunities, over 25% of our recruitments are through internal mobility **What are the recruitment stages?** * Once your CV has been selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone exchange. * You will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager \& the recruiter * A second Interview will be then organized with the N\+2 \& the HR manager **Our success relies on collective energy.
