We encourage internal mobility, and today we operate in over 60 countries worldwide * A modern office with an open, friendly layout * Relocation support, where applicable **What you’ll experience at Concentrix** As part of the Specsavers team, you will: * Handle incoming and outgoing calls to existing eCommerce customers, as well as online chat. * Assist them with questions regarding orders, products, deliveries, promotions, and much more—with a focus on excellent service and positive interactions * Handle calls not answered by stores and log customer inquiries via the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system * Once experienced, have the opportunity to handle inquiries via social media and email \- Focus on delivering excellent customer experiences in every customer interaction—including a commitment to continuously improving customer satisfaction * Collaborate with your team to achieve Specsavers’ established goals **Who we’d like to welcome to the team** We want to meet people from all kinds of backgrounds who enjoy learning new things and are curious.
