Our customers, which include some of the most respected brands in the food industry, rely on our expertise and commitment to safety to deliver on their commitments. **Billing Analyst** **Barcelona 22@, Spain (hybrid 3\+2\)** We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Spanish and English speaking Billing Analyst to join our team in the Barcelona European Service Support Center (BESC) in the heart of Barcelona, Spain. The Center will deliver high quality Finance support services for Americold operations across Europe. By leveraging best practices and technology, we aim to create a collaborative environment that fosters growth and development. This role is critical to support Americold’s growth across all Europe. **Key Responsibilities** o Perform sets of pre\-and\-post\-billing checks to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with local regulations. o Generating reports on billing quality and performance metrics for management review. o Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies (Customers claims) or issues in a timely manner. o Understand the relationships between financial systems and business processes and partners functionally to facilitate process automation, system optimization, and overall continuous improvement. o Collaborating with IT and finance teams to implement improvements in billing processes and systems. o Generating reports on billing quality and performance metrics for management review. o Ensuring adherence to billing standards and best practices. o Participating in audits and compliance reviews related to billing processes. ### **Requirements** **Key Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial systems and billing operations (essential) * knowledge of financial systems, billing processes, ERP systems (Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics as a plus). * Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills. * Fluency in Spanish and English, with other European language as a plus.
