Summary: The ALM Project Manager leads the implementation of Codebeamer within the Engineering Department, integrating it with existing PLM tools and ensuring automotive standard compliance. Ensure compliance with automotive regulatory requirements (ASPICE, ISO 26262). emagine is seeking for one of its key account a ALM Project Manager Location : Madrid, Spain Duration : \>12 months Start : ASAP Remote : 2 days per week **Summary:** The role of the ALM Project Manager is to effectively lead the implementation of the Codebeamer Application Lifecycle Management system within the Engineering Department of our client, focusing on the integration with existing PLM tools and ensuring compliance with automotive standards. **Responsibilities:** \* Lead the end\-to\-end implementation of the Codebeamer platform. \* Drive the integration between CodeBeamer and the 3DExperience platform. \* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, covering scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budget. \* Collaborate with system integrators and cross\-functional teams to align with business needs. \* Manage external vendor and consultant relationships. \* Ensure compliance with automotive regulatory requirements, including ASPICE and ISO 26262\. \* Conduct stakeholder workshops and training sessions to facilitate adoption. \* Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for senior leadership. \* Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies. **Must Haves:** \* Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the automotive sector. \* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. \* Familiarity with automotive industry standards and compliance (ASPICE, ISO 26262\). \* Excellent stakeholder management skills. \* Ability to connect business needs with technical solutions. **Nice to Haves:** \* Experience with Codebeamer or similar ALM tools. \* Knowledge of PLM systems, particularly Dassault Systèmes’ 3DExperience. \* Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.).
