We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large\-scale technologic solutions to big companies. **What are we looking for?** We are looking for an **AI\-Assisted Code Analyst** with strong experience in **Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, Oracle, APIs, and Microservices**, as well as hands\-on experience with **AI\-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Devin**. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving code quality, reducing technical debt, and optimizing application performance in a collaborative environment. **This is a 100% remote position based in Spain.** **Required experience and skills** A minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer in the required areas is required. **Experiencia requerida** * Knowledge and experience in AI\-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Devin). * Experience in enhance code quality, reduce technical debt, and improve delivery efficiency. * Java. * Java Database Connectivity (JDBC). * J2EE. * Springboot. * Javascript. * Maven. * JADE (nodejs). * HTML. * BBDD Oracle. * APIs, Microservices. * CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices. * High experience in cybersecurity \& Quality (Fortify, SonarQube...) to resolve and reduce technical debt. **Idiomas** * English (MINIMUN LEVEL B1, ideally B2\). * Spanish (MINIMUN LEVEL C1\). **Key responsibilities** * Develop the required specifications, through the delivery of services and technical components required for its operation with a view of your own development and its integration with other teams and systems. * Document the solutions in JIRA, Confluence, ALM. * Analyze and review Java and Spring Boot\-based applications to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability, and reduce technical debt. * Leverage AI\-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Devin) to accelerate code analysis, refactoring, and documentation. * Collaborate with engineering teams to identify performance bottlenecks and propose improvements. * Support the implementation of best practices in backend and frontend development. * Contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes. * Manage requests to other production support teams. **What can we offer?** * 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days! * Numerous benefits (Health Care Plan, teleworking compensation, Life and Accident Insurances). * \`Retribución Flexible´ Program: (Meals, Kinder Garden, Transport, online English lessons, Health Care Plan…) * Free access to several training platforms * Professional stability and career plans * UST also, compensates referrals from which you could benefit when you refer professionals. * The option to pick between 12 or 14 payments along the year. * Real Work Life Balance measures (flexibility, WFH or remote work policy, compacted hours during summertime…) * UST Club Platform discounts and gym Access discounts **If you would like to know more, do not hesitate to apply and we’ll get in touch to fill you in details.
