**About the Role** We are looking for a detail\-oriented and motivated Pension Administrator to join our growing team based near Fuengirola. Whether you are taking your first steps in pension administration or bringing a few years of experience with you, we offer a structured environment where you can develop your technical knowledge and grow your career. **What You Will Be Doing** * Administering a portfolio of offshore pension schemes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of instructions not limited to contributions, transfers, and withdrawals * Preparing and maintaining scheme documentation, member records, and correspondence * Liaising with clients, financial advisers, and third\-party providers to resolve queries professionally and efficiently * Supporting compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies * Keeping up to date with developments in UK pension legislation and industry best practice **What We Are Looking For** **Essential:** * Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English * Comfortable working with numbers and financial data * Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines * A team player who takes ownership of their work **Desirable:** * 2\+ years of experience in pension administration, financial services, or a related field * Familiarity with pension schemes (e.g. QROPS, SIPPS, or similar) * Understanding of regulatory frameworks * Progress towards or interest in professional qualifications (e.g. PMI, CISI) We welcome applications from candidates at an earlier stage of their career — full training will be provided for the right person. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary, commensurate with experience * A supportive, professional team environment * Career development Sueldo: 22\.500,00€\-25\.000,00€ al año Beneficios: * Ordenador de empresa * Programa de formación Preguntas para la solicitud: * Do you have residencia and permission to work in Spain?
