We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our team in either our Belgian or French office (location negotiable) and take ownership of a portfolio of Belgian clients. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ **New Clients** * **Analyze prospect** needs to deliver tailored, compelling proposals. * **Negotiate terms and conditions** to secure mutually beneficial agreements. * Work closely with **SDRs** to identify and pursue new opportunities within key accounts. **Existing Clients** * **Manage the full client relationship lifecycle** —from closing opportunities to invoicing. * Provide ongoing **client consulting, guidance, and solution recommendations** . * Conduct **quarterly business reviews** with strategic decision\-makers. * Ensure contract deployment and manage responses to RFPs. * **Coordinate and monitor ongoing client projects** with the Project Management team. * Build strong, long\-term relationships through **consistent communication** (email, phone, social media, conferences, and tradeshows). * **Monitor service quality** and ensure client satisfaction. * Drive revenue growth through **upselling, cross\-selling, and proactive account development** . **Requirements** ---------------- * Excellent command of **Dutch** (Flemish) **\& French** (written and spoken) * At least **2 years of experience in B2B sales** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * Proven track record in negotiation and fast deal\-closing * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations * Experience in fast\-paced, high\-energy environments Experience in selling services or software, especially in e\-commerce or tech, is a plus. * Ideal Personal Attributes * Strong sales mindset and excellent interpersonal skills * A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment * Positive, proactive, and rigorous in your approach * Takes initiative and steps confidently outside of the comfort zone * Great listener with the ability to build trust through smart, persuasive recommendations * Skilled in negotiation and using a variety of sales tools * Able to adapt communication to different audiences * Engaging conversation leader with strong customer empathy **Benefits** ------------ Acolad is committed to creating a diverse and equitable workforce.
