The forklift operator position involves performing essential tasks within the warehouse environment. These activities include loading and unloading trucks, requiring professional operation of various types of forklifts—such as counterbalanced, reach, and electric pallet jacks—for receiving and dispatching goods, especially heavy items. Responsibilities also include locating and organizing goods, stacking pallets onto warehouse shelving. This organization must adhere strictly to criteria for optimizing available space and ensuring storage safety. Additionally, orders must be prepared through the picking process, which entails the precise selection and grouping of products for subsequent shipment, guaranteeing that each group matches exactly the established loading orders. This work is carried out under a continuous shift system, with shifts rotating between two primary time slots from Monday to Friday: 7:00–15:00 and 12:00–20:00. Machinery operation is constant, and the environment is dynamic, demanding attention and precision in all operations to maintain logistical flow.
This position is offered under a temporary contract. The working schedule follows continuous rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, alternating between the morning shift (7:00–15:00) and the afternoon shift (12:00–20:00). Work takes place in a logistics warehouse environment where core tasks involve handling goods and operating specialized machinery.
Candidates must hold a valid and up-to-date forklift operator license certifying training and competence to operate this type of machinery safely. Possession of a personal vehicle is also an essential requirement, as it may be necessary for commuting. No specific academic qualifications or formal education are required for this position.
