We know you by name, care about your personal balance, and want you to grow with us. **Your mission at Kairós** We are seeking a **Project Manager** to lead a key project migrating automation tools and code repositories. You will shape the evolution of our technical solutions within a demanding and cross-functional IT environment—driving technological adoption and change with minimal impact on teams. * **Migration Leadership:** Lead the migration plan from **Bitbucket** and **Jenkins** to **GitHub** and **GitHub Actions**. * **Strategy and Roadmap:** Define the migration roadmap and milestones, ensuring a controlled rollout with coexistence (**GitHub** \+ **Jenkins** \+ **Bitbucket**). * **Pilot and Industrialization:** Execute the pilot, validate stability, and industrialize the migration via self-service, templates, and best practices. * **Team Coordination:** Plan and coordinate teams across multiple migration waves. * **Support and Adoption:** Manage support, training, and guidance to ensure a smooth transition. * **Governance and Costs:** Monitor costs, promote standardization, and optimize area processes. * **Tracking and KPIs:** Monitor progress, KPIs, and risks through the definition and generation of dedicated dashboards. * **Stakeholder Communication:** Maintain fluid communication and coordination with both technical and business stakeholders. **What will make you successful** **Education and Experience (Must-have)** * Technical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification. * **6–10 years’ experience** managing complex technology migrations and cross-functional programs. * High level of **English (B2 / C1)**. * Solid experience in **change management**, governance, risk control, and progressive rollout with minimal team impact. **Technical Expertise and Stack** * Strong knowledge of **DevOps** and the software development lifecycle (**modern SDLC**, **CI/CD**, automation). * Proficiency with key tools: **Jenkins**, **GitHub**, **GitHub Actions**, **Bitbucket**, **Artifactory**, **Sonar**, **Snyk**, **Shared Library Jenkins (Groovy)**, **Helm Charts**, **GitOps**. * Experience or knowledge of **CodeQL/SAST**, **Secret Scanning**, **Dependabot**, and development in **Bash / Python**. * Familiarity with infrastructure and cloud environments: **Kubernetes / VMs**, **Cloud DevOps (AWS/Azure)**, **Terraform / Ansible**. * Monitoring tools: **Prometheus**, **Grafana**, **Datadog**, **ELK Stack**. **Desirable (Nice-to-have)** * Knowledge and integration of **AI in the SDLC**, and use of AI capabilities in **GitHub**.
