Your mission will go beyond simply managing job vacancies—you will act as a true internal consultant for Hiring Managers across our headquarters and subsidiaries. ###### **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **End-to-End Recruitment:** Lead critical recruitment processes for headquarters organizational structures and specialized roles—from initial role definition with the manager through to final job offer. * **Internal Advisory:** Collaborate closely with department heads to anticipate staffing needs and define role requirements. * **Digital Tool Management:** Monitor and optimize the recruitment funnel using our ATS and ensure seamless handover to our HR management system for hiring and *onboarding*. * **Talent Development:** Support the design and implementation of performance evaluation programs and training initiatives. * **Candidate Experience and Employer Branding:** Ensure a human-centered, agile, transparent recruitment process that meets high standards of quality and candidate satisfaction. ###### **What We Are Looking For in You:** * **Education:** Degree in Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Labor Relations, or related field. Postgraduate studies in HR Management or Talent Management are highly valued. * **Experience:** Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience, including **recruitment consultancy or high-demand corporate environments**.
