We are seeking a professional to perform general building maintenance tasks in Cuarte de Huerva. Responsibilities will cover a variety of essential tasks for the preservation and good condition of the facilities. The ideal candidate must have demonstrable experience of at least ten months in similar positions. Likewise, holding a class B driver's license is essential to facilitate mobility and access to different work locations. Having completed a 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention course will be positively valued. Main duties will include tiling, plasterboard installation, painting, and basic plumbing repairs. A full-time temporary employment contract will be offered.
