What You'll Do At Pronet, we design and develop technological solutions for organizations in the waste recycling and energy management sectors. Currently, we maintain the stable version of our ERP and are building a completely new version from scratch using modern architecture, which will serve as the foundation for new vertical products we are already defining. **In your day-to-day:** * You will develop technological solutions that generate real impact on society, contributing to a more sustainable model. * You will participate in designing and building software using modern architectures, current tools, and development patterns. * You will implement key functionalities of the ERP and sector-specific products, maintaining high standards of quality, performance, scalability, and user experience. * You will collaborate with the team in an Agile environment, actively participating in the continuous improvement of our processes and products. Your Onboarding Process We will design an onboarding plan to ensure your integration is quick, simple, and effective. We’ll set goals for 1, 3, and 6 months, providing the support, resources, and guidance needed for you to become familiar with our tools, processes, and culture. We want you to feel confident and ready to start, but we also want to avoid boredom, so we’ll aim for you to complete small tasks and write code as early as possible to integrate smoothly into the team rhythm.
