We are looking for: **Generative AI Developer** **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and deploy Generative Artificial Intelligence applications using Python. * Participate in end-to-end Generative AI projects, from conception through to production deployment. * Integrate and orchestrate LLMs using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph. * Develop solutions in cloud environments, applying best practices for scalability and security. * Implement monitoring and model evaluation strategies, including accuracy, response effectiveness, and performance metrics. * Apply advanced techniques—such as prompt engineering, vectorization, RAGs, guardrails, and agent orchestration—to enhance the quality of generative solutions. **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * Three (3) years of Python development experience. * At least two (2) years of experience working with Generative AI solutions. **Desirable:** * Intermediate or higher English proficiency. **We Offer** * Indefinite-term contract with competitive salary. * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options. * Personalized career path and continuous training (certifications, English, etc.). * Participation in stable, highly technical projects. * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance. * Social benefits tailored to your needs.
