### **WE ARE LOOKING FOR A** **PAYROLL TECHNICIAN** ====================== **Location** Llanera (Asturias) **Start Date** Immediate **Scope** Industrial maintenance and installation **Who We Are:** ------------------ We are an **engineering and construction company** specialized in the design and execution of turnkey projects, primarily for the following industries: power generation, cement, steel, oil and gas, mining and mineral handling; as well as providing specialized services in installation, operation and maintenance, and manufacturing of equipment for these industries. We have extensive international experience with project references executed across Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Africa. **Responsibilities:** -------------- * Preparation and review of the entire payroll process. * Management of employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with Social Security. * Processing of employment contracts, extensions, and notifications to SEPE. * Handling of temporary disability (IT), work-related accidents, maternity/paternity leave, and other labor incidents. * Calculation and application of collective bargaining agreements. * Management of severance payments, salary arrears, and payroll adjustments. * Preparation of personnel reports, salary cost analyses, and management dashboards. * Addressing and resolving employees’ labor-related inquiries. * Supporting labor audit processes and regulatory compliance. **Requirements:** --------------- * Higher vocational training degree in Administration and Finance or Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations/Law. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in comprehensive payroll management. * Knowledge of labor legislation and Social Security regulations. * Proficiency in payroll software. * Advanced Excel skills. * Familiarity with Red system, Siltr@, Contrat@, Certific@2\. * Analytical ability, organizational and planning skills. * Responsibility and confidentiality. * Teamwork orientation. * Focus on internal customers. * Proactivity and incident resolution capability.
