




Job Summary: We are seeking a Microcomputer Technician for on-site support, incident resolution, and maintenance in the food industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. You will be part of the IT team, administering systems and managing networks. 2. You will provide on-site microcomputer support and resolve hardware/software incidents. 3. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment. In this search for new professionals, we aim to fill a vacancy for a **Microcomputer Technician**, working for a Navarre-based client in the food industry. We are looking for you if you have knowledge of **technological infrastructure** (servers, virtualization, networks, Active Directory, workstations, Microsoft 365, etc.). You will join the IT team, participating in system administration and network management. The workplace is in **Sangüesa**, in an on-site mode. **What will you do daily?** * On-site microcomputer support. * Resolution of hardware/software incidents. * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment. * Resolution of printing issues. * Basic knowledge of Active Directory. * Direct on-site assistance (Sangüesa) and travel to other facilities. * Coordination with the SSGG team. **Minimum Requirements:** * Education in Computer Science, ASIR, or equivalent. * At least one year of experience performing the aforementioned duties. * Strong interpersonal skills, both to foster a positive work environment within the team and to maintain courteous and empathetic interactions with users and other client personnel. * Must reside in the vicinity of **Sangüesa**, as this position requires on-site presence. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. **Conditions:** * Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week. * On-site work: 3 days in Sangüesa \+ 2 days at other facilities. * Working hours: 07:00–15:00. * Residing in Sangüesa or nearby areas will be considered a plus.
