**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Technical Site Supervisor (Madrid) **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid Address: Arganda del Rey **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Supervise the entire soil decontamination process. * Monitor control of mixtures of contaminated soils and input of soils into the desorption furnace as output material. * Track and ensure traceability of decontaminated soil. * Monitor and control the desorption process at the plant. * Operate the thermal desorption industrial plant. * Perform maintenance on plant equipment. * Carry out occasional travel as required by area of responsibility. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching supporting documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for the advertised position. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Higher Technician qualification in Production Programming for Mechanical Manufacturing, or in Electronic Maintenance, or in Electrotechnical and Automated Systems, or in Industrial Automation and Robotics (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Type B driving license. **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (assessed during technical interview) * Proficiency in SCADA systems (assessed during technical interview) * Proficiency in LabVIEW (assessed during technical interview) #### **Languages** * English Level: B2 ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 week up to 1 year of industrial experience, including reading electrical diagrams and commissioning systems (professional, training courses, or master’s programs) (assessed during technical interview) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Knowledge of contaminated soil treatment and various decontamination processes (assessed during technical interview) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated to last 9 months. + Full-time rotating 8-hour shifts (three shifts: day, evening, and night) Applications will be accepted from today, 30/07/2026, until 14/08/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
