**Position Summary**

TYLin seeks to hire a Railway Superstructure Engineer for our Infrastructure Department.
Our offices are located in both Madrid and Barcelona.**Responsibilities and Qualifications**

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and review of railway superstructure solutions: ballasted track, slab track, track switches, rails, sleepers, fastenings, and transitions.
* Technical support for railway alignment, track geometry, clearances, typical sections, and functional criteria.
* Interface coordination among track, substructure, drainage, structures, tunnels, stations, and civil works.
* Interaction with railway systems: signaling, electrification, telecommunications, power supply, rolling stock, operations, and maintenance.
* Support in requirements management, interface matrices, design criteria reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination.
* Technical support for RAMS activities applied to railway infrastructure and civil works: maintainability, safety, failure modes, risk, maintenance accessibility, and inspection strategies.
* Participation in feasibility studies, basic designs, construction designs, technical assistance, construction, and commissioning.
* Support for proposals, technical bids, and development of railway capabilities within the team.
Requirements:
* Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* Prior experience: 5–8 years performing similar functions.
* Technical knowledge: Experience in railway track projects.
* Knowledge of railway superstructures and their integration with infrastructure and systems. Ability to coordinate technically with multidisciplinary teams. Experience in RAMS, maintenance, railway operations, site technical assistance, or independent project review will be valued.
* Languages: English (advanced level).
