Overview: **We are looking for an RF Design Engineer for high-technology space projects!** At **Expleo**, we are collaborating on the development of advanced solutions for the space sector and seeking a professional specialized in **RF design** who wishes to participate in top-tier technological programs. **Location:** Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid) **Work Mode:** Hybrid### **What will you do?** You will join an engineering team specialized in designing radiofrequency systems for space applications, participating in all phases of definition, design, and validation of RF transmission and reception architectures.### **Key Responsibilities** ✅ Design of RF transmission and reception architectures across various frequency bands. ✅ Design and development of high-performance analog and digital RF circuitry. ✅ Design of power amplifiers using the following technologies: * GaN * GaAs * LDMOS * High-efficiency architectures ✅ Design of compact RF circuits and System-on-Chip solutions. ✅ Linear and nonlinear RF component simulation using tools such as ADS or similar. ✅ Analog simulation using LTSpice or equivalent tools. ✅ Characterization and validation using laboratory equipment: * Spectrum analyzers * Network analyzers * Scalar and vector signal generators ✅ Participation in highly innovative technological projects within the space and defense domains.### **Essential Requirements** Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. Minimum **5 years** of experience in RF design. Demonstrable experience in: * RF transmission and reception architectures * Mixed analog/digital design * Power amplifier design * Compact RF circuit design * Linear and nonlinear RF simulation (ADS or similar) * Analog simulation (LTSpice or similar) * RF laboratory instrumentation Advanced level of English.### **We especially value** ️ Experience in: * Signal processing and architectures for satellite communications. * System-oriented design for space-borne systems. * Space standards such as ECSS or equivalents. * Components qualified for space applications.
