DESCRIPTION Beigar is seeking a **Head of Command and Control (C2) Systems and Cyber Operations – SCOMCE**. We seek a candidate with solid technical expertise and a holistic systems perspective to lead the **design, development, and integration of C2 and C4ISR systems in strategic Defense programs**, working in complex, regulated, and multidisciplinary environments, while incorporating **cyberspace as an operational domain**. The selected candidate will assume technical leadership of these systems, coordinating internal teams and external collaborators, and actively contributing to the definition and evolution of critical technological solutions. **Key responsibilities:** * Technically lead **Command and Control (C2), C4ISR, and mission systems**. * Participate in the design, development, and integration of solutions for Defense programs. * Define, evolve, and govern system architectures in accordance with **NAF v4**. * Apply **MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering)** methodologies in the design and evolution of solutions. * Provide technical coordination of internal teams and subcontractors. * Ensure multidomain integration: **land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace**. * Guarantee interoperability with **NATO and allied systems**. * Participate in technical reviews and solution validation processes. * Prepare and review technical and architectural documentation. * Maintain a holistic system view, identifying dependencies, risks, and technical impacts. * Serve as the technical point of contact for institutional clients and stakeholders associated with the programs.
