You will serve as the first point of contact for resolving technical issues related to electronic security systems, delivering swift and effective solutions to ensure our customers’ peace of mind. Your mission will be to combine technical knowledge with strong communication skills to deliver an exceptional experience. **Working Hours:** 11:00–20:00 (Monday to Friday) **Contract:** Temporary replacement contract with potential for subsequent indefinite-term employment. **What Will Your Responsibilities Be?** * **Remote Diagnostics:** Resolve first-level technical issues in intrusion systems via telephone management and digital tools. * **Personalized Support:** Deliver expert assistance and advice regarding products, services, and maintenance. * **End-to-End Management:** Coordinate technical visits when remote resolution is not possible. * **Efficient Administration:** Carry out requests, procedures, and administrative tasks arising from service delivery. * **Customer Experience:** Ensure close, professional, and satisfaction-oriented customer service. **What Profile Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration or related technical training (e.g., electronics, telecommunications, IT). * **Experience:** Customer service and technical issue resolution (experience in electronic security is advantageous). * **Competencies:** + Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation. + Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments. + Advanced proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office). * **Languages:** High-level Spanish; English is an asset. **What Do We Offer?** Johnson Controls offers an attractive compensation package aligned with your qualifications and experience.
