We are seeking individuals to perform various administrative tasks, including in-person and online customer service. The role also involves document processing, process management, and resolution of issues related to shipments. A minimum qualification of upper secondary school diploma (Bachillerato) and proficiency in Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook are required. Demonstrable experience of one to three years in a similar position is mandatory. For applicants not residing in Haro, a valid driver's license and personal vehicle are essential. Proficiency in English, management capability, strong writing and effective communication skills, and a professional personal appearance will be positively considered. A temporary contract is offered to replace an existing employee, with guaranteed job position retention. Working hours are 32.5 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday in morning and afternoon shifts. The annual gross salary is €15,600.
