As a Process Engineer, your mission will be to define and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in the production of aerospace components. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Define manufacturing processes for new aerospace components, ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Develop solid models of various process stages using CAD tools (preferably Siemens NX). * Prepare work instructions and guidelines to ensure correct execution of manufacturing processes. * Implement necessary improvements for product industrialization, focusing on reducing non-quality time and costs. * Provide continuous support to production and promote continuous improvement in processes. **Who We Are Looking For:** We seek professionals interested in working in a production environment and in high-complexity manufacturing processes, who bring motivation, eagerness to learn, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Education: Bachelor’s or Technical Industrial Engineering degree. * Experience: We particularly value attitude and willingness to learn, regardless of prior experience.
