We are seeking a Digitalization Engineer to perform the following responsibilities: * Lead industrial digitalization projects using advanced technologies. * Design and implement technology architectures. * Develop process improvement solutions through advanced automation and artificial intelligence. * Ensure projects are executed correctly in terms of quality and schedule. * Develop Digital Twin projects. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Continuous professional development. * Competitive salary. * A participatory, inclusive, and dynamic work environment. We love teamwork! * Working hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements** * University degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in this role and/or in the responsibilities described. * Experience in Industry 4\.0 and digital transformation project development. * Knowledge of IoT integration, industrial networks, industrial automation and control, computer vision, 5G connectivity, and Digital Twin development. * Proficiency with digital tools for data analysis and monitoring. * Leadership, results orientation, analytical ability, innovation, and customer management skills. * High level of English \- minimum B2 What makes CT special is not only what we do, but how we do it.
