At Fundación Hospitalarias, we are currently seeking an Occupational Monitor to cover vacations at our residential centers in Madrid, on the NIGHT shift (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM). FUNCTIONS: - Collaboration and support in assessment and intervention tasks across various areas of care: self-care, activities of daily living, health habits, leisure and free time, community integration, etc. - Supervision, accompaniment, and support aimed at improving users’ autonomy and psychosocial functioning. - Individualized accompaniment and support for users. - Collaboration in designing and implementing the resource’s social support programs, as well as those aimed at improving functioning. Collaboration in designing indicators of effectiveness for group programs. - Collaboration in community outreach, training, and awareness-raising activities. - Support in mentoring and monitoring users as their designated professional reference. Workplace: Madrid Salary: As per the Disability Collective Agreement Schedule: NIGHT (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) Mandatory requirement: Degree in Social Integration or related university qualification (e.g., Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Education, etc.) Temporary contract with realistic prospects for long-term stability.
