Our values—especially commitment, trust, flexibility, passion, and responsibility—drive us. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a Tax Lawyer to join our Finance team at our headquarters in Zaragoza. **What will your responsibilities be?** Tax Advisory: * Provide advice on national and international tax matters. * Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. Tax Planning: * Develop tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax burden. * Assess and mitigate tax risks. Compliance Management: * Supervise and coordinate the preparation and filing of tax returns, tax consolidations, and tax closings. * Stay up to date on changes in tax legislation and their impact on the company. Tax Audits and Litigation: * Represent the company in tax proceedings, audits, tax disputes, and legal proceedings. * Collaborate with external advisors and tax authorities.
